Why there is no price list here
A three-doctor clinic and a 30-bed hospital are different systems to run. Quoting both from the same table would mean over-charging one and under-serving the other.
So we ask a few questions first — how many doctors consult, how many patients you see on a busy morning, what you use today — and then give you a number you can plan against. Nothing on this page is a placeholder for a price we are hiding.

Why is there no price list on this page?
Because a price list would be guesswork. A three-doctor clinic and a 30-bed hospital are different systems to run, and quoting either from a table would mean over-charging one and under-serving the other. The demo takes about twenty minutes and the quote follows it.
What is included?
Setup of your hospital, doctors, fees and consulting schedules; your logo and details applied across the system and every printed prescription and bill; staff training; and support after go-live. Hosting, updates and security patches are ours to run — there is no server for you to buy or maintain.
Is there anything I need to buy separately?
No hardware and no server. Arko Care runs in the browser on the computers your front desk already uses, and it is hosted on Google Cloud in their Mumbai region. You need an internet connection and a printer for prescriptions and bills.
Do I have to move all my old patient records first?
No. You start fresh — patients are registered on their first visit, and each one gets a permanent hospital ID from then on. If you want your regular patients entered ahead of go-live, we help with that during onboarding.
Can I see it working before deciding?
Yes. We walk you through the real system on a demo hospital — registration, the queue, a consultation, a prescription on your own letterhead, and the day's billing. Leave your number on any “Book a Demo” button and we will call to arrange a twenty-minute slot.
