AI-native · Your own brand

Your hospital gets its own website.

Arko Care is white-label hospital management software: your hospital runs on its own website, at its own web address, with your name and your logo on it. The screen your front desk works in carries your hospital’s name. So does the prescription your patient folds into her bag, and the bill she pays on her way out.

In live hospital use since June 2026.

Your brand

Four places your hospital's name appears

Your patients and your staff see your hospital. These are the four places they see it.

The address bar

Your staff open the system at your hospital's own web address, and your hospital's name and logo sit above every screen they work in. A patient looking across the desk at the monitor sees the name of the hospital she walked into.

The prescription

It prints on your hospital's own letterhead, with your name and address at the top, on A4 straight from the browser. Each doctor's most-prescribed medicines are one tap each, so the paper the patient carries home is your paper, produced in less time than it took to write it out.

The bill

Every bill is itemised, tied to a visit and a doctor, and printed from the browser on your letterhead. Every payment carries its details, and an amount you waive or discount shows under what is still owed rather than quietly disappearing. What she keeps in her purse has your name on it.

The message on her phone

One tap opens WhatsApp with the prescription ready to go, addressed to the patient, and the doctor presses send himself. Nothing leaves the consultation room without him.

Said plainly

What “its own website” means here

It means your hospital gets its own web address on our platform, in the form yourhospital.arko.care, and we set it up before your first patient. It is not a domain of your own, like yourhospital.com; we do not offer that today, and saying otherwise here would be found out in the first ten minutes of a demo.

Nor is it a marketing site: we are not writing you a homepage with photographs of your reception. What carries your brand is the working system and everything that comes out of it — the screens your staff use, the prescriptions, the receipts, the invoices.

What runs under your name today is the whole outpatient department: a walk-in registered in seconds with an ID she keeps for life, the token queue your desk works through, consultation notes, the prescription, OPD billing, and the Day Close that shows the money that actually came in. We do not run inpatient admissions, the laboratory or the pharmacy today. The full list of OPD management software features marks what is live and what is still on the way.

Arko Care is AI-native: the consultation screen is being designed around an assistant for each doctor rather than a panel bolted beside a form somebody wrote ten years ago. That assistant is not live today. What AI hospital management software means in Arko Care sets out what it will do and what it will not.

Configured at onboarding

Nothing for you to set up

It sounds like something you would have to configure. You do not. Before your first patient, we set your web address, your logo, your letterhead and your footer. You send the logo and tell us the name and address you want on the paper, once, and your part is finished.

There is no toggle to find and no theme to choose. Nobody at your desk has to get the branding right at nine in the evening, because it was set once, by us, before the first patient walked in.

What is yours to set is the part that changes: your doctors, their consultation fees, their follow-up rates and their consulting days, your staff accounts, and which screens each role sees. The brand is our job. The hospital is yours.

Where it runs

No server in your building

There is no box in the cupboard behind reception, nothing to patch on a Sunday, and nobody to call when the air conditioning in that cupboard gives up. Arko Care runs in the browser, on the computers your front desk already has. It needs an internet connection, and that is the whole of what it needs from your building.

Your hospital’s records sit in your hospital’s own database, on Google Cloud in the Mumbai region, isolated from every other hospital’s at the database level, so your data stays in India. Access is enforced on the server by role. Every change to a patient record — a creation, an update, a deletion — is logged with the person who made it and when; record views are not audited today, and we say so rather than imply otherwise. Backups and encryption are ours to run, not something you inherit along with the cupboard.

Arko Care is DPDP-aligned, and we make no certification claim. DPDP-aligned hospital data security sets out the scope of each of these in the same plain terms.

Onboarding

How your name gets on it

It starts with a demo on your screen: the system as it runs in a hospital today, with a walk-in registered, a prescription printed and a day closed. Pricing is discussed in that conversation rather than published on a page.

Then we set your hospital up. Your address, your logo and your letterhead go in first. Your doctors, their fees and their consulting days go in with you. Your staff get their own accounts, and the people at the desk are trained on the screens they will actually use.

You start fresh rather than moving years of paper across — patients are registered on their first visit, so there is no import to wait for — which is why going live takes weeks rather than months. By the time your first patient is registered, the hospital name on the screen is yours.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What your patients see, what you have to set up, and what runs under your name today.

Whose name is on the screens and the paper?

Your hospital's. Your name and logo sit above the screens your staff use, the system is served from your hospital's own web address in the form yourhospital.arko.care, and your letterhead is on every prescription, every receipt and every invoice that comes out of it.

Do I get a domain of my own, like myhospital.com?

Not today. Your hospital gets its own web address in the form yourhospital.arko.care, assigned when we set you up. A domain of your own is not offered today, and we would rather tell you that on this page than in the demo.

Do I have to set the branding up myself?

No. There is nothing for you to configure. The web address, the logo, the letterhead and the footer are set up during onboarding, before your first patient is registered. What you set is your hospital: your doctors, their consultation and follow-up fees, their consulting days, your staff accounts, and the role each account gets.

Do I need a server in my building?

No. Arko Care runs in the browser on the computers your front desk already uses, hosted on Google Cloud in the Mumbai region. There is nothing to rack, patch or back up on your premises, and your data stays in India. It needs an internet connection.

Where does my hospital's data live, and who can see it?

In your hospital's own database, isolated from every other hospital's at the database level. Access is enforced on the server by role, so your desk staff see the desk's screens and your doctors the consultation's. Every change to a patient record is logged with the person who made it and when; record views are not audited today. Arko Care is DPDP-aligned and we make no certification claim.

What runs under my hospital's name today?

The whole outpatient department: walk-in registration with an ID the patient keeps for life, the token queue, consultation notes, prescriptions on your letterhead with one tap to send on WhatsApp, OPD billing where every payment carries its details, refunds in three recorded steps, and Day Close showing the money that actually came in. We do not run inpatient admissions, the laboratory or the pharmacy today.

Twenty minutes, on your screen: a walk-in registered, a prescription on your own letterhead, and the day’s billing closed.
